1.1 Booking Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation via email from AAR
1.2 Payment
Depending on your selected rate, payment may be required in full at the time of booking or upon arrival. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods.
1.3 Non-Refundable Rates
Bookings made under “Non-Refundable” offers must be prepaid in full at the time of reservation. These bookings cannot be modified or refunded under any circumstances.
Check-in time: From 2:00 PM (14:00)
Check-out time: Until 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. A supplemental fee may apply.
Guests must present a valid photo ID or passport upon arrival, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked to:
Treat the property and its furnishings with care.
Maintain reasonable noise levels to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Refrain from smoking inside the property (a cleaning fee may apply for violations).
Report any damages or issues immediately to our staff.
Any loss, theft, or damage caused by negligence may result in an additional charge.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the accommodation.
The maximum number of occupants per room or apartment must not exceed that stated in the booking confirmation.
Parties or events are not allowed unless authorized in writing by management.
We do not sell or rent your data.
However, we may share your information with:
Authorized service providers (e.g., booking systems, IT support, payment processors, or channel managers)
Public authorities, if required by Italian law (e.g., guest registration with local police)
All third-party partners are GDPR-compliant and required to handle your data securely
AARL Properties is not responsible for:
Loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay.
Injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents that occur on or near the property.
We recommend that guests arrange suitable travel insurance prior to arrival.
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or health emergencies. In such cases, guests may be offered to reschedule or receive a credit voucher, at management’s discretion.
